Negaard draws inspiration from the natural world and our human role in this broad system. From our pursuit to procure natural resources, to our denial of our own hive minded tendencies. Recently, upon venturing into Scuba diving, Negaard has been especially fascinated by the Ocean’s Systems and organisms. How we study and try to understand these phenomena and what understanding can, sometimes unexpectedly, be gained from humbling ourselves enough to slow down and observe.
